- 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 grated onion
- 1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 grated carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Put 1/4 package of stuffing mix in baking dish.

2Mix squash, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and part oleo. Pour this over stuffing.

3Put 1/4 stuffing mix on top.

4Dot with oleo.

5Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
