Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Put 1/4 package of stuffing mix in baking dish.

    Mix squash, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and part oleo. Pour this over stuffing.

    Put 1/4 stuffing mix on top.

    Dot with oleo.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
