Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash, chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except enough buttered crumbs to sprinkle on top.

    Pour into large baking dish and cook about 35 minutes in 350° oven.

    Top with buttered crumbs and cook a little longer.
