Squash Casserole

  • 3 c. squash
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook squash until tender (about 15 minutes).

    Drain.

    Add margarine, salt, pepper and eggs.

    Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
