  • 1 qt. (2 lb.) sliced squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
  • 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix (Stove Top)

    Stew squash until tender; drain.

    Put margarine in while warm.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350° in greased 2-quart dish.
