Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. yellow squash, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium grated carrot
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Butter a casserole dish.

    Mash squash and mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs.

    Put layer of crumbs in bottom of dish.

    Spoon mixture on bread crumbs and the rest of bread crumbs to top.

    Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
