- 2 c. yellow squash, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium grated carrot
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Butter a casserole dish.

2Mash squash and mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs.

3Put layer of crumbs in bottom of dish.

4Spoon mixture on bread crumbs and the rest of bread crumbs to top.

5Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
