- 2 lb. squash
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Slice squash and onion; cook until tender and drain.

2Combine sour cream, carrots and soup and stir in squash and onion.

3In another pan, melt butter and mix in with stuffing mix; pour in squash and top with remaining stuffing mix.

4Bake in oven at 350° for about 20 minutes.
