- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain.

3Add egg, soup, cheese and mayonnaise to squash and onion.

4In another bowl, melt margarine, add stuffing and mix well.

5Take casserole dish, put 1 layer stuffing mix and then put 1 layer squash mix.

6Keep layering until all mixes are gone.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown.
