Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash, chopped fine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 small jar chopped pimento
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Add a small amount of water and simmer the squash and onion until tender.

    Drain and add the chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste, sour cream and pimento.

    Grease casserole and line bottom and sides with bread crumbs.

    Heat 10 to 15 minutes in oven to brown top crumbs.
