  • 2 lb. squash (5 to 6)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. each butter, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing

    squash and onion until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Add butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 Cheddar cheese, milk and egg. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup

    cheese and Pepperidge Farm dressing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
