- 2 pkg. frozen squash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash according to package directions; drain.

2Lightly grease 7 x 11-inch casserole dish.

3Mix the squash, chopped onion and soup and pour into casserole dish.

4Sprinkle grated cheese on top and top with cracker crumbs.

5Bake in 350° oven until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
