- 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can chicken soup
- 3 carrots, grated
- 2 oz. pimento
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Melt oleo and mix herb stuffing.

2Divide in half and mix soup and sour cream with 1/2 of stuffing mix and all other ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish.

3Spread the last half of the herb stuffing mix on top.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
