- 6 medium squash
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender, then mash together.

2Add margarine and eggs.

3Season to taste with salt and pepper; mix together.

4Place in casserole dish and top with buttered cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
