  • 3 whole yellow squash, cooked until tender
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 stick melted oleo

Directions

    Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo.

    Put 1/2 of mixture into buttered casserole dish.

    Pour in squash, onion and carrots.
  4. 4
    Mix soup and sour cream together, then add to other mixture.

    Top with remaining stuffing and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
