- 3 whole yellow squash, cooked until tender
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted oleo
Directions

1Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo.

2Put 1/2 of mixture into buttered casserole dish.

3Pour in squash, onion and carrots.

4Mix soup and sour cream together, then add to other mixture.

5Top with remaining stuffing and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
