- 2 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen squash
- 1 chopped onion
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Wyler's beef cubes, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 roll pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed finely
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 14-inch baking dish with Pam.

2Cook squash and onion until tender; drain well.

3Mash with potato masher.

4Add all other ingredients.

5Sprinkle small amount of grated cheese over top.

6Bake at 350° in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
