- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 3 to 4 medium zucchini squash, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Melt margarine and pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Cook zucchini squash in water until tender.

3Place 3/4 of stuffing mix on the margarine in the bottom of baking dish.

4Add zucchini. Add soup and sour cream (mix together).

5Add chopped onion.

6Pour on top of zucchini.

7Place remainder of stuffing mix on top.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
