- 2 lb. squash
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 medium onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 can crem of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
- small sour cream
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain off all water.

2Place in baking dish and mix in carrots and onion (chopped).

3Put salt, pepper and dots of butter on top.

4Add chicken or mushroom soup mixed with sour cream.

5Mix all together.

6Place Pepperidge Farm stuffing on top.

7Sprinkle on cheese.

8Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.
