- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash in a small amount of water until almost tender. Add beaten eggs, milk, mushroom soup and onions.

2Add a layer of this mixture and a layer of cheese, making 2 layers.

3Cover with cracker crumbs; dot with butter or margarine.

4Bake about 30 minutes at 325°.
