  • 1 1/2 c. cooked squash (any variety)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 c. medium sharp cheese
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. scalded milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except milk.

    Add the hot milk last. Pour into well-greased 6 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
