- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. diced squash
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Melt butter in pan or baking dish. Spread rice around in pan.

3Spread squash over rice.

4Add onions over squash.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Mix water with the soup and pour over the mixture and cover with foil.

7Bake for 1 hour.
