  • 2 cups Squash Sliced
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 3/4 sticks Butter, Melted
  • 1-1/2 cup Prepared Cornbread, Crumbled
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup

Directions

    Boil and drain your squash. Boil squash for about 20 minutes (just until soft).

    Saute onions and bell pepper in butter over medium heat until both are softened.

    Mix all of the ingredients together and put them into a baking dish. Bake at 350°F (about 30 minutes) until lightly brown but not hard.

    Note: more cornbread can be added if necessary.
