- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Parboil squash about 3 minutes.

2Drain.

3Combine remaining ingredients, except for bread crumbs and butter.

4Place in baking dish, alternate squash with filling.

5Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.

6Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
