- 2 c. sliced onions
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed (I use less)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Layer vegetables and salt.

2Let stand 1 to 8 hours.

3Drain off excess liquid.

4Heat all other ingredients.

5Pour over vegetables and bring to a boil.

6Put in jars and seal.
