- 10 c. sliced squash
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 2 large onions
- 1 Tbsp. salt and crushed ice
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients.

2Set for 2 hours and drain. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

3Put in squash and let come to a boil.

4Put in jars.

5Add 2 red peppers for color, if you can find them, or use some pimientos in jar.
