- 2/3 c. wild rice, soaked overnight
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Soak rice overnight and simmer while preparing the rest of ingredients.

2Brown meat and drain off liquid.

3Add onions and celery, mushrooms and soup.

4Combine in 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle almonds on top.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
