- 6 c. squash, sliced
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. bell pepper
- 2 c. pimento pepper (I use diced pimento from the jar, use 1 or 2 jars per batch for color)
- onion (if desired)
Directions

1Soak squash in salt water 1 hour.

2Drain and rinse well.

3Mix with other ingredients and boil 15 minutes.

4Put in jars and seal. This is great with peas!
