Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten (separated)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add egg yolks, flour, milk and butter to cooked squash.

    Fold in beaten whites.

    Put in greased mold and cook in pan of water about 30 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
