- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten (separated)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add egg yolks, flour, milk and butter to cooked squash.

2Fold in beaten whites.

3Put in greased mold and cook in pan of water about 30 minutes at 350°.

4Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
