Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 c. sliced yellow squash
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Saute sausage and garlic until sausage is browned; drain. Cook squash in small amount of boiling water until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients and blend well.

    Spoon into lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
