- 400 ml Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 few drops Vanilla essence (optional)
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170C.

2Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar into it.

3Beat the eggs in a bowl, sift the flour into the eggs, and combine.

4Mix in the milk from Step 1 a little at a time.

5Finally, add the vanilla essence.

6Grease a baking dish with butter, then pour the mixture from Step 2 into it through a strainer.

7Bake in the oven increased to 180F Celsius for 35-40 minutes.

8Let cool, then enjoy!
