  • 400 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Cake flour
  • 1 few drops Vanilla essence (optional)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 170C.

    Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar into it.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl, sift the flour into the eggs, and combine.

    Mix in the milk from Step 1 a little at a time.

    Finally, add the vanilla essence.

    Grease a baking dish with butter, then pour the mixture from Step 2 into it through a strainer.

    Bake in the oven increased to 180F Celsius for 35-40 minutes.

    Let cool, then enjoy!
