  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 c. carrot slices, partially cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. zucchini slices
  • 1 c. mushroom slices
  • 1/2 c. ripe olive slices
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing

Directions

    Arrange lettuce wedges in salad bowl.

    Combine carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and olives.
