  • 4 boneless beef top loin steaks (cut 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. ready-to-serve beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped parsley

Directions

    Melt butter in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
