- 4 (8 ounce) rib eye steaks (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle steaks on both sides with pepper, and salt.

2In a large skillet, cook onion and mustard in 2 tablespoons butter for 1 minute, and add steaks.

3Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side or until the meat reaches desired doneness (medium rare meat thermometer reading of 145 degrees), (medium 160 degrees), and well done (170 degrees.).

4Remove steaks to a serving platter and keep warm.

5In the same skillet, add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and the remaining butter.

6Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

7Add parsley and chives.

8Serve with steaks.
