  • 1 lb steak, cubed (preferably grass-fed and grass-finished)
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 onion, sliced for kebabs
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, whole
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced for kebabs (any color)

Directions

    Place steak, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in freezer bag and shake to coat meat.

    Let marinate 30 minutes to an hour.

    When youre ready to prepare the meal, fire up the grill.

    Alternate steak cubes, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers as you place on skewers.

    Grill over medium-high heat until meat is cooked as desired.
