- 1 c. soy sauce
- 2 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1/4 c. Gravy Master
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, onions and garlic in electric blender. Blend for 1 minute on high or until mixture is very smooth.

2Stir in Gravy Master and salt.

3Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.

4Pour over meat and allow to stand at room temperature for 2 1/2 hours or cover dish with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

5Bring meat to room temperature before cooking.
