- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- juice of a half of a lemon
Directions

1mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag and add the steak which has had any fat on the edges scored and rub it around on the meat and let sit for up to a day in the fridge

2remove the steaks from the fridge an hour before grilling
