Steak & Rice with Broccoli

  • 1 pound beef, sirloin steak Cut into very small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

    In large pot, put 2 cups of white rice, add 1 teaspoon butter, a pinch of salt, and 4 cups water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer, and let cook until rice is dry, approx.

    10 to 15 minutes.

    Do not stir it will become sticky.

    Take steak, I usually use thin sliced steak, any kind, and cut into very small pieces.

    In large frying pan put 1 teaspoon butter, minced garlic, beef bouillon, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, a pinch of pepper, and steak, cook until brown, approx.

    10 to 15 minutes on med heat.

    I put frozen broccoli florets in a pan with a 1/2 teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon butter, and some garlic salt, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes on low.

    Put cooked rice on plate, put steak on top, I make a small dip in the center of the rice, and put steak in it, and broccoli on side.

    It looks, and tastes great.
