- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. oyster sauce
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 slices ginger, shredded
- whole broccoli, cut into pieces (florets and stems)
Directions

1Wash and remove outer skin from broccoli and cut into small pieces.

2Mix sugar, cornstarch, oyster juice, chicken broth and ginger (a jar works great!).

3Place broccoli pieces in pan with approximately 1/4 cup of water.

4Cover and steam approximately 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender, not too done!

5Drain any excess water; toss in ginger and stir-fry 30 seconds.

6Add sauce; stir again until broccoli is coated and remove to warm plate.
