  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. Karo white syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Mix together, adding pecans last.

    Bake in a 9-inch unbaked pie crust at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Lower temperature to 300° and continue to bake approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
