  • 1 lb. beef, cubed
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • celery
  • onions
  • 1 can V-8 cocktail juice (12 oz. or more)
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca, uncooked
  • salt and pepper
  • a little garlic salt
  • a little celery salt

Directions

    Use a large covered casserole.

    Combine all ingredients into the casserole.

    Cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.

    Do not brown meat beforehand.

    Optional - frozen peas.

    In crock pot may cook longer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
