- 1 can V-8 cocktail juice (12 oz. or more)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca, uncooked
- salt and pepper
- a little garlic salt
- a little celery salt
Directions

1Use a large covered casserole.

2Combine all ingredients into the casserole.

3Cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.

4Do not brown meat beforehand.

5Optional - frozen peas.

6In crock pot may cook longer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
