  • 5 Cups Of Diced Baby Octopus Pieces
  • 2 whole Large Onions
  • Olive Oil
  • 1- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper

    Cut up baby octopus about 5 cups worth.

    Cut onion into slices.

    Fry the onions in some olive oil.
  4. 4
    Add the octopus.

    The octopus lets out a lot of liquid, let it do that, then let the water evaporate, cooking at a low setting.

    When the liquid is gone, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Let it cook on a low heat for approximately 40-45 minutes, til it makes a nice thick sauce.

    Serve with rice

    *Dont be worried about it tasting too vinegary.

    Surprisingly, because you cook it so long, it doesnt at all.

    Even my cousin who hates vinegar ate this and didnt notice that it had so much vinegar.
