- 5 Cups Of Diced Baby Octopus Pieces
- 2 whole Large Onions
- Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper

1Cut up baby octopus about 5 cups worth.

2Cut onion into slices.

3Fry the onions in some olive oil.

4Add the octopus.

5The octopus lets out a lot of liquid, let it do that, then let the water evaporate, cooking at a low setting.

6When the liquid is gone, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.

7Let it cook on a low heat for approximately 40-45 minutes, til it makes a nice thick sauce.

8Serve with rice

9*Dont be worried about it tasting too vinegary.

10Surprisingly, because you cook it so long, it doesnt at all.

11Even my cousin who hates vinegar ate this and didnt notice that it had so much vinegar.
