  • 8 qt. basket tomatoes
  • 4 green peppers
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 10 small boiling onions
  • 3 Tbsp. canning salt (no iodized)
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper

    Put tomatoes into boiling water 1 minute.

    Remove tomatoes and peel off skin.

    Place tomatoes into kettle and mash.
