- 3 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cut between the bones of pork into 4 rib racks.

2Place the ribs in a large shallow dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.. Pour over the ribs, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

3Preheat the grill to medium. Cook the ribs, covered, for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
