  • 6 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Or 3 Boneless Skinless Breasts
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce

Directions

    In a pot, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until dissolved and mixed.

    Place the chicken pieces into the sauce, cover and cook on medium-high to high heat on the stove.

    While cooking, baste the chicken with the sauce once or twice.

    Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 to 30 minutes.

    This is usually served beside or on top of yellow rice, but it also goes well with steamed rice or noodles, topped with leftover sauce.
