- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 Tablespoon Chili-garlic Paste (or Hot Sauce Of Your Choice)
- 1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Chopped Scallions For Garnish

1Preheat the oven to 425F.

2Crush and roughly chop the garlic and stir together in a bowl with the salt, honey, soy sauce, chili-garlic paste, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.

3Add the wings and toss to coat.

4Spread out the wings on a cookie sheet and pour the rest of the sauce over.

5Bake 35-40 minutes, turning once.

6Remove the wings to a bowl, pouring the remaining sauce into a small saucepan and heat to a simmer.

7Stir the cornstarch into a little bit of water (about 2 T) until dissolved, then stir into the sauce.

8Cook 2 minutes until thickened a bit, then pour over the wings.

9Sprinkle in scallions, toss to coat, and serve.
