  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. wine
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 to 2 lb. deboned chicken
  • green onions, chopped or 1/2 pieces
  • broccoli (bite size pieces)
  • 1 c. frozen pea pods
  • mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and marinate thinly sliced chicken in it, at least 1 hour.

    Stir-fry vegetables.

    Add chicken with marinade.

    Cook thoroughly.

    May add water if necessary.

    Serve over rice.
