- 2 c. rice
- 1 lb. bacon
- 3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 2 bunches green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- garlic powder
Directions

1Brown bacon.

2Cook rice while bacon is frying.

3Remove cooked bacon.

4Drain half of bacon grease.

5Saute green onions and mushrooms in leftover grease.

6Push to side of pan.

7Add eggs and scramble.

8Crumble bacon.

9Add to pan.

10Stir.

11Add cooked rice and soy sauce.

12Season with garlic powder to taste.

13Stir well. Simmer 10 minutes.
