- 1 to 2 lb. chicken or beef
- carrots, diced
- broccoli, diced
- celery, diced
- cauliflower, diced
- cabbage, diced
- mushrooms, diced
- bell pepper, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 c. rice
- 4 c. water
Directions

1Use as many vegetables as you need for the amount of people you need to serve.

2Marinate beef overnight.

3(Chicken only needs to be marinated 20 to 30 minutes.) Cook marinated meat until brown.

4Place in baking dish and cook in slow 300° oven until tender.

5Stir-fry vegetables in wok or large skillet, until tender.

6Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups of water.

7Serve veggies and meat over rice.

8Add soy sauce.
