Ingredients

  • 4 oz. linguini
  • 4 oz. green linguini
  • water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 8 oz. cooked ham, cut in strips
  • 3/4 c. cooked peas
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Boil linguini in salted water; drain.

    Add butter, ham, peas and mushrooms.

    In small bowl, beat egg yolks and cream with fork until foamy.

    Slowly add cream mix to linguini.

    Mix well.

    Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Stir gently over medium heat until thickened.

    Add remainder Parmesan cheese.
