Ingredients: 1/2 c. oleo; 1 c. sugar plus 1 Tbsp.; 2 eggs; 1/2 tsp. banana flavoring; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1/2 c. sweetened strawberries plus 1 Tbsp.; 1/2 c. mashed bananas plus 1 Tbsp.; 2 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3/4 c. chopped pecans; 1 pkg. strawberry jello

Cream sugar and oleo; add eggs and mix well.

Add milk, strawberries

and bananas.

Sift flour, soda and baking powder together; add to milk mixture, mix well; add flavoring and dry jello and nuts.
