  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp water

Allow the liquid to cool to 120 degree F.","4":"Combine flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and mix. Make a well in the center and pour the warm liquid into it. With a large wooden spoon stir the liquid, gradually drawing in the flour. When the batter becomes too stiff to stir with a spoon begin to knead with your hands. If the dough is too wet add a small amount of flour. If it is too dry, add a small amour of water.","6":"Knead for 5 minutes. Cover in a bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise until it has doubled in volume (about 1 hour).","8":"Punch down the dough and knead for 5 minutes.
