  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. nuts
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries or 1 qt. home-frozen

Directions

    Mix together eggs and oil; add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.

    Then add strawberries and nuts.

    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour.
